Cinnamon Bun Cake: Your New Favorite Baked Treat

Ingredients:

  • 1 yellow cake mix

  • 3/4 cup of oil

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp. cinnamon

For the glaze:

  • 2 cups of powdered sugar

  • 4 tbsp. milk

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract


How to Make:

  • Mix the cake mix, oil, eggs, and sour cream by hand until well combined



  • Pour half the batter into a greased 9x13 baking dish



  • Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon and spread over the batter.



  • Spread the rest of the batter on top of the cinnamon and sugar mixture, then use a knife to create swirls throughout the batter.



  • Bake at 325 degrees for about 40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.



Make the glaze: Combine the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla and whisk well until smooth.


  • Pour the glaze over the warm cake and enjoy!
