Cheesy Garlic Bombs: The Perfect Party Appetizer

Why the hype, you ask? It's the sheer indulgence, the savory surprise concealed within each delectable pillowy pocket of goodness. It's the joy of breaking open that garlic butter exterior to reveal a luscious blend of cheese that melts in your mouth – an experience that captures the essence of comfort and culinary satisfaction.

Prep time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 30 Minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 - 8 oz cans refrigerated crescent rolls

  • 8 pieces mozzarella string cheese, cut them in half to make 2 short sticks

  • 6 Tbsp salted butter, melted

  • 6 Tbsp parmesan cheese, finely grated

  • 2 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic

  • 1 tsp dried parsley

  • Salt, to taste

How to Make:

Combine the melted butter, parmesan, garlic, and salt and set aside.

Open the crescent rolls and pull them apart into individual triangles.

Sprinkle some parmesan cheese on each triangle of dough.

Then, place a short mozzarella stick on the wide end of the dough triangle.

Roll up the cheese in the dough and pinch the sides closed to conceal the cheese inside.

Brush each roll with the garlic butter.

Bake on a greased baking sheet at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.

Serve warm!

These are delicious plain or served with marinara sauce. If you want some variety, try adding pepperoni, sausage, or your favorite meat and pizza veggies inside each roll.
