Prep Time: 5 Minutes
Cook Time: 1 Hour 25 Minutes
Ingredients:
1 lb. of ground beef (I use 1.5-2 lbs. because I like mine a little heartier)
1 packet of onion soup mix
1 3/4 cup of mixed frozen vegetables
6 cups of chicken broth
1 can of diced tomatoes, 28 oz. can
1 1/2 cup of elbow macaroni noodles, uncooked
Garlic salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It:
Season and brown the ground beef in a large pot and drain the fat off.
Add the chicken broth, soup mix packet, ground beef, and can of diced tomatoes with juice to the pot. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
Add in the vegetables and the macaroni. Cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes or until the noodles are tender. Serve hot.
I like to top mine with shredded cheese and sour cream. The possibilities are endless. Enjoy!
